The quaint 34-key 137 Pillars Suites Bangkok opens its doors this month on Sukhumvit Soi 39, adjacent to the high-end Emquartier/Emporium retail area and a stroll away from some of the area’s (in)famous nightlife. Architects Palmer and Turner and interior designer P49 Design worked with a palette of warm tones, alongside white and grey marble bathrooms on the 24th to the 32nd floor, with rooms divided four categories of one and two bedrooms ranging from 70 to 127sqm.
Features will include private dining tables, private butler service, maxi bars with wine cellars, user friendly mood lighting, high ceilings, large walk-in wardrobes and stunning marble en-suite bathrooms with chic circular baths complete with a built-in TV – all very fitting for the latest member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World (SLH).
The hotel has a special introductory offer running until the end of April with suites starting from Baht 18,500 (US$524) per night for two people, including fast-track immigration at the airport, private limousine transfers, a 24-hour butler service, all-day daily breakfast, access to exclusive Leonowens Club, and use of the hotel’s private London Cab to the Emquartier shopping complex.
