A hub for culinary talent, DIFC has welcomed a new modern bistro to its growing roster of restaurants, with The Hidden Hog. A laid-back eaterie focusing on elevated traditional European cuisine, it’s the first and only venue in DIFC to receive a license to serve non-halal food.
All set to a backdrop of a buzzing, vibrant ‘family-feel’ space, dishes on the menu include traditional charcuterie platters, slow-cooked real ribs in smoky BBQ sauce, Parma croquettes, sous vide cheese - home-comfort food created with the philosophy of ‘togetherness’ in mind. Specials also include a full English breakfast and a business lunch and sharing menu.
