Australian-Lebanese chef Greg Malouf is making his presence known with the opening of a second Phoenicia restaurant in Dubai at JA Oasis Beach Tower. Widely credited for changing the way the people experience and understand Middle Eastern food, Greg – coined the Master of Modern Middle Eastern Cuisine – draws on both his classical training in Europe and his Lebanese heritage to bring guests traditional dishes with a twist.
Having designed and developed a series of ‘menus by Greg Malouf’, with dishes such as hazelnut falafel and sea bass sayadeeya, he as curated a refreshing blend of the best of the old with the thrill of the new. With the other Phoenicia outpost at JA Lake View Hotel, Greg’s second Jumeirah Beach eaterie is another feather in his culinary cap.
