Donald Trump has announced Trump International Hotel & Tower Baku will open in June 2015 as daughter Ivanka visits the city to tour the development site.
The sail-shaped property will soar 33-floors with views over the Caspian Sea, as well as the surrounding cityscape from the Azerbaijani capital’s Nasimi District.
Trump Baku will sit on a 20,000 square metre plot, surrounded by gardens, fountains and promenades at the crossroads of the city’s Eastern Gateway the nearby Zaha Hadid-designed Heydar Aliyev Center.

The 189 guestrooms will include 72 of what Trump is calling “ultra-luxury residences” that range up to 890 square metres. There will also be 30 spacious suites and 40 serviced apartments.
