All aboard for the new Mondrian London, which has heaved open its doors in the Sea Containers building on London’s Southbank. Creative interiors have been conceptualised by Design Research Studio and overseen by Tom Dixon. The result is a retro-transatlantic style that flows throughout the property.
The premier dinner spot has New York chef Seamus Mullen at the helm, and the copper ship hull that begins at the hotel entrance sweeps all the way to the kitchen. For drinks, Dandelyan bar is set to become a new nocturnal hotspot, as stunning riverside views are paired with seasonal cocktails.
