InterContinental Bordeaux - Le Grand Hotel
Bordeaux, France: The Grand Hôtel de Bordeaux & Spa is back centre stage in the city’s golden triangle, facing the Grand Théâtre – restored and retaining the neoclassical façade created by architect Victor Louis in 1776. The new InterContinental hotel offers 18th-century décor within its elegant but contemporary French-styled rooms.
The Prestige Suite Opera View room offers vistas of the hotel’s illustrious neighbours, and each is dressed uniquely with a sitting room and a marble bathroom. No accommodations compare to the Royal Suite, with panoramic views of central Bordeaux and the Place de la Comédie. The exclusive 100-sqm space is decorated in classic style, and has its own terrace with a Jacuzzi – ideal for soaking before a visit to Gordon Ramsay refectory Le Pressoir d’Argent.
