La Table du Marché by Pamela – Ramatuelle, France
In the South of France and in the mood for a “sexy vegan” meal? La Table du Marché by Pamela looks set to be the hottest pop-up restaurant of the season, launched by none other than Pamela Anderson. The actress and animal activist has partnered with distinguished French chef Christophe Leroy to devise a three-course menu of plant-based dishes which will be served at the chef’s country inn, Moulins de Ramatuelle, for 50 nights over the summer. Think asparagus risotto, a vegan burger, tomato tartare with goji berries and pissaladière, a type of savoury tart that originated in Nice.
