When it comes to an epic nightlife experience, Pacha Ibiza provides an unparalleled club scene in a number of cities around the world. This is the epitome of the Pacha Ibiza heritage, carved out through decades of highly curated showcases, parties, and world-class DJs in residency. The Pacha Group has flourished by always evolving and creating extravagant concepts, and the UAE gladly embraced the nightclub’s arrival towards the end of 2014.
Pacha Ibiza Dubai’s VIP offerings include coveted tables, reserved for those who appreciate the finer details of a perfected night in the club. Yet there’s a side to Pacha that’s as equally opulent as its notoriously fabulous DJ sets: the weekly dinner show offered at Pacha’s home in the Madinat Jumeirah resort.
A juggler entertains the dinner crowd
Three nights a week, the dance floor is transformed into a dining venue, where pan-Asian cuisine is served while out-of-this-world circus acts perform throughout the evening. Imagine the intimacy of a high-end Sushi restaurant; dimly lit, modern interior design, mixed with the vibrant go-go colors that Pacha Ibiza became so renowned for.
This vibe sets the tone for the show to begin, at first subtly, with bustiered dancers on each corner platform, twisting and shifting as diners peruse their plates. Various acts seamlessly overlap; dancers, jugglers, and contortionists rotate while the intimate crowd sips cocktails and peruses the menu. This array of live entertainment is high energy, yet the music volume is spot-on for conversing between acts, sparing the need to yell across the table at your guests.
In classic Pacha Ibiza style, a dancer elicits guest into the dining room
When it comes to the cuisine, Pacha Ibiza Dubai offers an exotic menu with enough choice that’s neither extensive nor pretentious. The high-quality ingredients are matched with impeccable presentation. Heaps of toro tuna and sake salmon sashimi arrive on a bed of crushed ice, glittering in the disco lights upon arrival.
The Chilean sea bass is otherworldly, melting in the mouth like butter, topped with shaved black truffles for a decadent twist. Meat lovers can indulge in the glazed grilled duck breast, best accompanied by steaming fluffy rice or Japanese broccoli. Dessert is done right, and guests can go traditional with homemade mochi, or revel in the richness of a chocolate marquise cake.
An aerial silk performance is a main feature of the VIP dinner experience
All the while, aerial silk performers passionately fly above Pacha’s main dance floor as guests watch wide-eyed, cheering for more. As metallic confetti flows from above, the show eclipses with a vivacious breakdance number, and a group of celebrating ladies jumping on stage. Classic Pacha. Like every production put on by the Pacha Group, no detail has been overlooked - from the costumes, to the cocktails. The dinner is a spectacle, rather, an experience; something different and eclectic that feels unmistakably ‘Dubai’.
