It’s been described as “the Uber of private jets”, but this new partnership means more perks than just booking flights at the touch of a button. JetSmarter, the “mobile marketplace” that links travellers to private jets, has teamed with Jetex Flight Support to make private air travel “even more luxurious”.
Users will now be able to access Jetex’s facilities worldwide, which include range of trip support services such as aircraft fuelling, ground handling, trip planning, concierge services and lounge access. The lounges are located in several global airports, including Paris, Dubai, Shannon, Kiev, Toluca and Chile.
The plush venues allow customers to relax, eat, shower and catch up on sleep at a total of 37 locations in 27 countries, including the operations base in Miami. The company has reportedly grown more than 1,000 percent since its inception in 2012, gaining access to 3,000 plus aircraft globally.
“Our partnership with Jetex is about extending a premium flight experience to our members from the moment they enter an airport, to the time they leave,” said JetSmarter CEO Sergey Petrossov. “There are also multiple synergies to be had on the business and operational front, as Jetex’s ground capabilities worldwide are supporting JetSmarter as we expand our offerings around the globe, to make private jet travel more accessible and convenient for users,” he added.
As part of the agreement JetSmarter aims to fly most of its charter flights out of Jetex facilities. The partnership will also see Jetex customers receive an exclusive offer to become part of the JetSmarter membership experience – and every Jetex member who joins the JetSmarter network will be offered a month’s free extension.
