A complete range of furniture items from Bentley Motors debuted this week at landmark furniture fair Salone Internazionale del Mobile di Milano.
The carmaker has once again partnered with italy's Luxury Living Group to design and manufacture a collection of sofas, chairs and other pieces of furniture, which are purposed to evoke key design elements of the iconic British brand.
The range of items sees splashes of warm but energetic tones, such as mocha, cognac and hints of burgundy and brick red, which accompany plush materials and leather.
Items include the ovular Madeley table is a briarwood rood top mounted on a leather-covered base, which will fetch around $30,000.
The Butterfly armchair will retail at US $9,220
The more affordable Kensington Royce Armchair, dressed in ice-grey leather, will be priced at just over $18,000. And the Butterfly Sofa, with its cognac-hued leather, blue pinstripes and grey wool quilt, will have a price tag of almost $15,000.
“We accepted with enthusiasm the challenge of interpreting in furnishings the exclusivity and charm of Bentley,” said Alberto Vignatelli, CEO and chairman of the Luxury Living Group.
“In the Bentley Home collection there co-exist a passion for details, care of materials and a style that anticipates the trends while remaining true to the codes of elegance and tradition. The perfect synthesis of values, the same we find at the wheel of a Bentley. I strongly believe in this collection which is already attracting acclaim internationally,” he continued.
The Forlì, Italy-headquartered furniture maker also described the Bentley-inspired collection as an exercise in subtlety. The furniture is designed to incorporate functional performance with comfort and luxurious, sensuous quality.
