Fortnum & Mason has today begun selling its high-end hampers and other luxury goods in Hong Kong.
Lane Crawford, a luxury department store with outlets in Greater China, signed a deal with the centuries-old British retailer to stock a new Fortnum & Mason collection, featuring more than 65 signature products.
Shoppers will be treated to bespoke Lane Crawford hampers, stocked with classic products, such as chocolates, biscuit tins, preserves and a wide variety of confectionary.
The Luxury Hamper
China and Britain’s shared appetite for tea will also be satiated by an extensive range of fragrant options; including Famous Tea, Green Tea, Classic World Tea and Herbal & Fruit Infusions. Teas will be packaged as loose-leaf, as well as in tea bag form, and sold alongside fine chinaware.
The well-loved Fortnum hampers have been remixed by Lane Crawford, who will vaunt The Tea Hamper, The Champagne and Chocolates Gift Box, The Superb Selection and The Luxury Hamper in-store and via lanecrawford.com.
To boost the festive spirit, Lane Crawford will replicate the iconic façade and interiors of the original Fortnum & Mason London Piccadilly flagship store for some seasonal pop-ups next month in IFC Mall, Canton Road and Pacific Place home stores.
The Superb Selection
“Fortnum & Mason is recognised globally for its signature offering of high quality food, beverages, and gifts” said Lane Crawford president Andrew Keith.
“Its impeccable service and its rich heritage make Fortnum & Mason strongly attuned to Lane Crawford, and we are very excited to bring this luxury experience to our customers in Hong Kong.”
Fortnum & Mason will be available in all Lane Crawford stores in Hong Kong and lanecrawford.com from October 27, 2014.
