Plans for a massive $79.5 million penthouse on Manhattan’s Park Avenue include six bedrooms and a private elevator.
New York real estate firm Douglas Elliman released a sketch of the 92nd floor luxury pad at 432 Park Ave, depicting an 8,255 square feet floor plan with six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a private elevator, entrance gallery and library.
The spacious apartment is due to be designed by Deborah Berke and will boast double-height ceilings, oak floors and immense views of New York City, according to Business Insider.
The building will have its own private restaurant, outdoor garden and 75-foot indoor swimming pool. Want more? There is also a fitness centre with spa with massage rooms, a library, billiards room, screening venue and yoga studio.
Once completed, 432 Park will also be the tallest residential tower in the Western Hemisphere, standing 1,396 feet and 96 stories.
