Luxury travel firm Abercrombie & Kent has launched a new luxury experience in tandem with Abu Dhabi-based charter operator, Royal Jet.
Following the news of its fully lie-flat seats on private jets, A&K’s founder and CEO has launched the special partnership that will provide Regal Rajasthan with Royal Jet and British Polo Day.
“This opportunity is simply fantastic,” said Geoffrey Kent. “It’s a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to experience Private Jets, Palaces and Polo in India in the most exquisite manner.”
Guests will board one of Royal Jet’s fleet of Boeing Business Jets (BBJs) at Royal Jet’s exclusive VIP terminal at Abu Dhabi International Airport and landing in Jaipur in the heart of Rajasthan.
The group will visit Amber Fort, shortly after arriving in the west of the subcontinent, followed by an elephant safari or play elephant polo before jetting onto Agra's Taj Mahal.
The group will then fly with Royal Jet onto Jodhpur, the home of polo, to watch teams from the British Army take on the President’s Bodyguard during the spectacular annual British Polo Day hosted by His Highness Gaj Singh 11.
The trip will then sojourn to Umaid Bahawan Palace, dinner at Udaipur’s Lake Pichola and dinner at Mewar Palace.
“Our one-of-a-kind journey offers the ultimate in luxury air travel and the magnificence of India’s royal heritage and history. It promises to bring a truly impressive, unforgettable and royal experience for our guests,” said Shane O’Hare, president & CEO of Royal Jet.
The maiden journey to Rajasthan, India, takes place December 11 to 17, 2014 and is limited to an exclusive group of 18 guests. The weeklong tour begins at AED 190,000 (US $51,730) per person, based on two sharing, with AED 50,000 ($13,613) single occupancy supplement.
