The world’s most expensive property is now on sale in Hong Kong’s exclusive Twelve Peaks development.
The luxury penthouse has been listed by Sun Hung Kai Properties (SHKP) for HK $820 million (US $105.8 million). While this price tag may not seem expensive compared to other luxury penthouses the world over, this home is a mere 4,600 square feet.
Situated at the apex of Hong Kong’s exclusive Victoria Peak, the house is selling for an incredible HK $175,000 (US $22,576) per square foot, the South China Morning Post reports.
The property is listed by SHKP as No. 1, 12 Mount Kellett Road, with another 12 houses in Twelve Peaks listed simultaneously this week.
Despite its minimal living space, the lavish pad will include access to a 4,480-square-foot garden, an 800-square-foot accessible rooftop and separate 275-square-foot terrace, as well as 900-square-foot car parking space and a private pool.
