Filmmakers and producers will present works – from documentaries to promotional footage covering the archipelago’s cultural destinations, tourism and more – inspired by the theme “Following the Equator”. The second edition is set to be even bigger than the inaugural, with a mix of new and world-renowned filmmakers exhibiting. In-between catching films throughout the three-day festival, there’s plenty for guests to indulge in at the private-island escape.
Located in the pristine Noonu Atoll, the award-winning resort boasts The Spa by Thalgo with a resident Ayurveda doctor, 14 restaurants and bars including French cuisine at the overwater Flavors, and diving excursions to explore the atoll’s vibrant marine life. And with all-villa accommodation throughout the property, it’s just as easy to retreat back to your own comfortable abode – be it on land or above water – and bliss out in paradise.
