Our pick is Gran Hotel Montesol Ibiza, Curio Collection by Hilton. It’s an elegant building and was the first hotel on the island in the heart of Eivissa, near to the harbour and all the shops and restaurants of Ibiza town.

Cinema Paradiso (Ibiza’s original outdoor cinema) in Dalt Vila and the artisanal markets are always worth a visit. Fomentera is beautiful too, and chartering a boat, or taking a ferry trip are both options. If you are going to Dalt Vila, Tanit cave, head north to avoid the crowds.

For offshore deliveries, Ibiza Delivers can provide a wonderful experience with their very cool Hunton RIB powerboat with watersports facilities on board, a bar and a sound system – it’s not to be missed!
