Breakfast
If it should be an exclusive breakfast, go to the Michelin-starred Marchal at d’Angleterre, one of the most elegant hotels in Copenhagen. If it should just be great go to Mirabelle bakery or Atelier Sept.

Coffee stop
I would go to The Coffee Collective roaster and coffee shop at Frederiksberg. It’s simply the best.

Authentic Danish
The organic hot dogs at DØP outside Torvehallerne are great. The sausages are made from organic meat, and all the other ingredients are organic, like the remoulade sauce, the fried onions and the bread, made from whole grain flour, linseed and sourdough.

Lunch
I like to go to Meyers Deli, which is owned by the restaurateur, chef and television host Claus Meyer, and order fiskefrikadeller (a type of Danish fish cake).

Dinner
The great thing about Copenhagen is that there are so many great places so I cannot name only one. But try Studio, Geist, Aoc, Søllerød Kro and Bæst.

Night moves
For a drink, I like to sit on one of the leather couches at Lidkoeb enjoying the view of the fireplace with a gin and tonic in my hand.
