Built in 1870, Norway’s Britannia Hotel in Trondheim will embark on a new phase when it reopens in April 2019 following a three-year, $150 million refurbishment. The 257-room property and spa will be refreshed with essential 21st century enhancements, including six F&B concepts, one of which will be led by world champion chef and Bocuse d´Or silver winner, Christopher Davidsen.
Handpicked furnishings and textiles, fine linens, and marble bathrooms adorn the bright guest rooms, which include a number of elevated suite. A signature gym, a spa with an indoor pool, a magical ballroom, and unparalleled service further help the Britannia define Norwegian hospitality for the next century – and beyond.
