Rosewood Hotels & Resorts is set to bring its unique blend of luxury lifestyle to California with its first standalone residences project in California. Situated on bustling Santa Monica Boulevard, Rosewood Residences Beverly Hills will be home to 17 ultra-luxury residences when the project is complete in 2024.
New York-based Danish architect Thomas Juul-Hansen has been commissioned to design the residences from the ground up, with sleek interiors that pay tribute to California’s effortless coastal style and evoke a sense of place for future owners.
Each of the residences will enjoy private elevator access, large entrance foyers and indoor-outdoor living spaces, with generous kitchens and laundry rooms, and custom interiors. Private swimming pools will grab the attention of visitors in many of the residences, while others will boast amenities including outdoor kitchens, wet bars and fire pits.
Owners will also benefit from a rooftop retreat with pool, whirlpool spa, fitness centre and outdoor relaxation areas, as well as a rooftop lounge and dining spaces that can be used to host exclusive private gatherings. Rosewood Residences Beverly Hills, currently being developed by Nahla Capital and GPI Companies, will go on sale in 2023.
