Core to the proposition is unlimited access to a programme of 50 daily wellbeing activities each designed to improve physical and mental health. Activities include everything from Muay Thai and Thai boxing, to spinal stretching, posture alignment and mindful meditation. The 12 new Wellbeing Pool Villas are designed with the needs of a healthy lifestyle in mind, with private swimming pools and spacious decks offering plenty of room to practice movement-based activities surrounded by lush tropical gardens. Bedding and amenities are designed to encourage a restful night’s sleep, with organic cotton bed linen, patent lights and binaural music to enhance the sleep experience, and alarm clocks that mimic the early morning sounds of nature for a natural wake up.
Villas come with yoga mats, exercise bands and singing bowls so guests can practice their regular routines in the privacy of their own space, or alternatively take part in herbal workshops, meditation and guided detox or fitness programmes.
