Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts is offering guests the chance to customise their holidays with the tap of a finger with its new multi-functional smartphone app.
Features include the ability to make and manage reservations in multiple locations, check in, check out, book luggage pick ups and airport transfers and request room turndown services – and much more.
“With this innovative new App, Four Seasons continues to enhance the guest experience, setting the standard in luxury digital service delivery,” says Four Seasons president Allen Smith. “Developed based on guest insights and extensive testing, the Four Seasons App is user-friendly and feature-rich, with the services guests have told us they most desire, such as checking in and out with ease.”
There are also recommendations for all hotel destinations, tailored to suit your mood, including dining, shopping and cultural pursuits. Built-in geo location service offers helpful, in-language maps with time/distance indicators to help to plan out dining, attractions and shopping activities; a save-and-share feature helps with itinerary planning
In the coming months, the Four Seasons App will be released in Simplified Chinese, and a special version tailored to the preferences of Chinese travellers will be issued by the end of the year. Four Seasons also has plans to provide the App in additional languages down the road, starting with Arabic.
