Luxury real estate developer has begun offering its Nova Hotel Villas within the upcoming AKOYA Oxygen community in Dubai.
The properties will be sold from upward of AED 1,753,700 (US $477,464) for three-bedroom options, will prices available on request for larger formats of up to six-bedrooms.
The 55 million square foot ‘private enclave’ is hoping to attract buyers of ultra-luxe homes that have all the added benefits of the services typically associated five-star hotels.

Aside from the hotel-esque services, prospective owners can also fully customise interiors with the help of the resort company’s design team.
The Akoya Oxygen community recently made headlines when it was announced that the adjacent Trump World Golf Club, Dubai, had assigned golfing superstar Tiger Woods to design its course. But that’s not the only place you’ll be on the green – each villa will boast its own private garden.
