The highest point of Santorini’s caldera will be the setting of the next gastronomic activation of Kivotos Santorini’s Chefs Dinner Series. Showcasing 180-degree panoramic views of the island’s stunning sunsets, the luxury boutique hotel’s signature restaurant, Mavro, will welcome Chef Jacob Jan Boerma of Michelin-starred restaurant, The White Room, for a guest shift on Sunday July 28.
Partnering with Mavro Head Chef, Dimitris Katrivesis, Chef Boerma will curate an exclusive six-course degustation menu for the one-day event. Running until October, the Chefs Dinner Series hosts chefs from Michelin-starred restaurants from around the globe to craft original guest experiences in the heart of Imerovigli village.
