The much-loved COYA has left its fiery Latin mark across some of the world’s great cities thanks to its homages to Peru’s rich culinary heritage, pulsating ambiance, captivating art, and vibrant activations since its first debut in London’s Mayfair in 2012. This September, Oman’s capital city of Muscat will welcome the latest iteration of the brand to the tranquil shores of Al Mouj Waterfront. Set to call the recently opened The St. Regis Al Mouj Muscat Resort home, the restaurant promises to entice food lovers with its famed contemporary twists on traditional dishes such as ceviche, tiraditos (sashimi-style fish) and succulent anticuchos (marinated meat skewers).

Interiors will be a visual feast too, with the space adorned with bespoke furnishings and stunning ornaments that transport you from the Middle East to the heart of Latin America. COYA MUSIC will provide the energy to evenings with a soundtrack that blends electronic music with Latin influences, alongside special guest appearances by international DJs and live performers. The Muscat venue is COYA’s fifth foray into the Middle East with restaurants in Doha, Riyadh, Abu Dhabi and Dubai – which celebrates its 10th anniversary this year.
