A go-to for the glitterati, the legendary Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc on the tip of Antibes is famed for its refined luxury, grand-spanking sea views and hushed whispers of celebrity secrets. Celebrating its 150th anniversary this year, the most iconic hotel on the French Riviera has given its gastro scene a birthday makeover, resulting in the placement of three-Michelin star ‘chef extraordinaire’ Eric Frechon (fresh from Le Bristol Paris) to work alongside the hotel’s Exec Chef, Arnaud Poette.
Guests can flip through new menus across Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc’s three restaurants – Louroc, Eden-Roc Grill and Eden-Roc Restaurant – and enjoy interior updates by renowned interior designer, Patricia Anastassiadis, bringing a fresh new feel to both the hotel and its five-star food scene.
