Bvlgari Hotel London has unveiled its new-look Bvlgari Lounge, with a colourful update and new chef residency. With interior design firm Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel drawing on Bvlgari’s colourful gems heritage to infuse the new designs – such as rugs in emerald, blue diamond and citrine hues and green silk wall hangings embroidered with Bvlgari’s gold eight-point star, the reimagined space also features a ‘Dolci’ experience with the invitation of a one-year residency with eminent Italian pastry chef and chocolatier Gianluca Fusto and the opening of Il Cioccolato.
The space is more intimate than before, with cosy corners and half-height curtains in a soft bouclé sheer creating intimacy. Created by Gianluca Fusto using only the most precious ingredients and with an Italian eye for every detail, Dolci will be served on delicate porcelain plates and dishes with floral designs by Italian manufacturer, Ginori 1735, while vintage prints from the Bvlgari Archives grace the walls.
