The gastronomes of Dubai are in for a special treat this December as Meliá Desert Palm Hotel has unveiled its newly refreshed restaurant, Epicure.
Showcasing incredible culinary offerings, gourmands can delve into exquisite Levantine tastes as well as savour new plates from a wood-fired pizza oven and a chicken rotisserie. And for those with a sweet tooth, the newly incorporated bakery corner is a must visit with tonnes of pastries and fresh coffee.
Looking resplendent at the heart of the stunning 64-hectare estate, the eatery invites guests to pull up a chair in a space imagined by Spanish interior designer Pol Domenech Simo. Packed with organic shapes and earthy tones like terracotta and sand that evoke the surrounding landscape, elegant finishes and minimalist furniture add sophistication, while architectural elements inspired by traditional Arab patterns combine with materials such as wood, marble and warm metals, to create a welcoming yet contemporary atmosphere.
But Epicure is more than just a restaurant. The venue also offers an illuminated pool from where guests can enjoy evening dips and an al fresco terrace, perfect for the post work get-together or an intimate occasion. Quite simply put, Epicure is a lifestyle destination that seamlessly merges exclusivity, culture and tranquillity, while serving up mouthwatering flavours and tastes.
Epicure is all about ‘elevated simplicity’ which can be seen in every element of its redesign. From the refined typography to the organic forms in the isologo, every furnishing and pattern reflects the restaurant’s ethos: a celebration of authentic flavours in an atmosphere of effortless luxury.
