Bringing a sophisticated twist to this year’s sweet Easter indulgences, The Ritz-Carlton Maldives, Fari Islands is welcoming Chef René Frank of two-Michelin star dessert restaurant Coda Berlin for a two-night takeover like no other. Running from April 26 to 27, the Easter for Epicures tasting experience will reimagine the traditional ideas of sweet and savoury, and turn the usual starter, main and dessert format on its head. Showcasing Chef Frank’s rebellious, World’s 50 Best and Gault&Millau-recognised pastry skills in their full glory, it will treat guests to an array of quirky yet delicious CODA signatures, all served by the glorious still waters of the magnificent Indian Ocean.
