Yannick Alléno teams up with the Orient Express

The famed chef will curate menus for five restaurants

Celebrated chef Yannick Alléno will hop aboard the legendary Orient Express Train and the world’s largest sailing yacht, Orient Express Corinthian as Executive Chef, it has been announced. Curating the menus for the five restaurants across the train and yacht, including La Table de l’Orient Express by Yannick Alléno, the two-time, three-Michelin-starred chef will tease gourmands’ taste buds with dishes inspired by the terroirs crossed and the unique landscapes of each journey.

Speaking on the announcement, Chef Alléno said; “Orient Express embodies travel in its noblest essence, and it is an honour to bring my vision of cuisine to this iconic universe, steeped in history. Each menu, each plate, is an invitation to discover my personal interpretation of culinary heritages from around the world, and of course from France, for an extraordinary experience aboard the legendary Orient Express.”
