Dorchester Collection is set to make its long-awaited Middle East debut with the launch of luxury serviced residences at One at Palm Jumeirah in December, an ultra-luxury residential project at the heart of Dubai’s iconic manmade island.
Created by Dubai-based developer Omniyat, One at Palm Jumeirah will feature 94 private residences imagined by London design studio Elicyon and Tokyo-based Super Potato, situated within a striking building designed by New York’s SOMA Architects.
Owners of these gorgeous sea-view apartments will have access to private gardens created by landscape architect Vladimir Djurovic, a beachfront promenade with private jetty and two restaurants, a collection of swimming, vitality and lap pools, state-of-the-art gym and ESPA spa and the One at Palm Jumeirah Beach Club, also managed by Dorchester Collection.
Set at the base of the trunk of Palm Jumeirah, the project made headlines when the residences first went on sale in 2017 and one of the penthouses was sold for a whopping AED 102 million (approx. US $27.5 million).
