For one week only, Mandarin Oriental Las Vegas is welcoming three-star Michelin chef Pierre Gagnaire back to the kitchen of his only restaurant in the US, Twist by Pierre Gagnaire.
For the duration of the chef’s visit, which runs until August 26, a unique Taste of the Continents menu is available at the signature restaurant, made up of Gagnaire’s favourite dishes from his restaurants around the world.
The eight-course menu allows guests to taste everything from Tokyo’s Pan Seared Dorade Filet in chilli-spiced butter to Paris’ traditional “Steak au Poivre”, with a wine pairing to match.

In celebration of the visit, Opus One Winery will host a special dinner on Gagnaire’s final day at the restaurant, showcasing select wines to match the award-winning cuisine.
Vintages from 1988, 1999 and 2005 will accompany a specially created six-course dinner, which includes some of the chef’s more innovative dishes, such as Roasted Duck Foie Gras and Beef Strip loin with artichoke ice cream.
