Comfort levels on Etihad Airways’ flights are set to reach new heights with the airline launching a new collection of amenity kits and loungewear.
Teaming up with world-renowned Italian design house, Giorgio Armani and luxury wellbeing brand, ESPA, travellers in The Residence, First and Business classes will be able to fly in elevated style from the end of February.
Guests in The Residence and First class will be kitted out in charcoal loungewear that features a Henley neckline and bespoke tonal print inspired by the modern Abu Dhabi skyline, as well as matching trousers and Giorgio Armani slippers.
On top of that, passengers in these premium cabins will also enjoy a Giorgio Armani and Etihad branded large folio bag that is packed with goodies from ESPA including hydrating spa face mist, nourishing lip treatment, restful pulse point oil to aid relaxation in flight, a rest and recovery night balm, rejuvenating hand and body lotion as well as practical eyeshades, ear plugs and a dental kit.
Those who are placed in Business class on nine-hour flights will be able to slip into loungewear that is inspired by the traditional Emirati dress and showcases Emirati V stitching on the chest which is unique to the UAE’s national dress.
Amenity sets for Business class travellers come in two unisex styles - a clutch bag and a cube. The co-branded Giorgio Armani and Etihad unisex clutch bag features ‘The Dunes’, a contemporary print design drawing inspiration from the rolling sands of the Liwa desert in Abu Dhabi and is filled with the aforementioned products.
But Economy guests whose journey is longer than six hours, are not forgotten about either as they will receive a new tote bag containing gifts of Beekman hand cream, eyeshade, and ear plugs.
