It was a mere two years ago that Bugatti launched its inaugural clothing and accessories collection and the French firm is now vaunting its latest wares in Porto Cervo, Italy. The Harrods Prestige Village is one of the hottest retail resorts on Costa Smeralda and the new Bugatti Lifestyle pop-up is now neighbours with the biggest fashion and jewellery brands.
Visitors can come for a closer look at Bugatti’s new men's, women's and accessories collections as well as the exclusive line of watches designed in conjunction with Parmigiani Fleurier and also marvel at the two Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport Vitesse cars.
The fastest production roadster ever and one of the two models on display is the World Record Edition that was built in a limited run of only eight cars to celebrate the 2013 world record drive when the Vitesse drove 408.08 km/h with the roof off. The store will also be illuminated and is being advertised as a meeting point for the brand to engage potential Italian and international car buyers. But hurry, the pop-up only runs until the end of August.
The end of the new marina holds a shipyard capable of repairing large luxury yacht where nearby there is also the club house of the exclusive Yacht Club Costa Smeralda. A study by luxury real estate brokerage Engel & Völkers found that Romazzino Bay in Porto Cervo is the most expensive location in Europe. House prices can reach up to EUR 300,000 euros per square metre and in 2011, Costa Smeralda had the second, fourth and sixth most expensive hotels in the world: the Pitrizza, the Romazzino and the Cala di Volpe Hotel.
