Adam Sandler has bested the likes of Johnny Depp and Tom Hanks to earn the “honour” of being the most overpaid actor in 2014 - for the second year running.
Sandler’s 'Grown Ups 2' managed to pull in a very respectable US $246 million globally this year, but other recent outings, such as 'That’s My Boy' and 'Jack and Jill' were box office turkeys.
According to Forbes, for every $1 Sandler was paid, he returned an average of $3.20, which was the metric used to class him as the most overpaid.
