The Imperium’s new Friday buffet at Zabeel Saray includes Dom Pérignon, Beluga caviar and a personal butler.
Within the Ottoman-inspired resort, located on the West Crescent of Dubai’s famous Palm Jumeirah, the restaurant’s Royale Brunch offers ‘premium beverages’ and a la carte dining, either in a private dining area or on the expansive al fresco terrace.
Combined with the culinary selection is live entertainment, all for US $680 per head. Other packages include the Classic Brunch, inclusive of soft drinks, the Emperors Brunch, inclusive of house beverages and the Sovereign Brunch inclusive of free-flowing Laurent Perrier.
The red and gold interiors of Imperium are designed to capture the essence of the Red Room of the Ottoman’s Dolmabahçe Saray in Turkey, but are also reminiscent of the Imperial days in France. The restaurant is open daily but the Friday brunch option is only on offer between 1pm and 4pm - advanced reservations are required.
