It’s clear that NBA superstar LeBron James is keen to cut all ties with the Sunshine State after listing his Floridian hideaway for US $17 million.
After taking the Miami Heat to the finals four times, King James has now returned to the Cleveland Cavaliers, where he remains the all-time leading scorer - but now a keen investor can score his luxury villa in the Sunshine State’s Coconut Grove.
James parted with a cool $9 million for the newly built 3590 Crystal View Court in 2010, according to online real estate database Zillow, but the property has since almost doubled in value.
The 12,178 square foot estate, listed by Opulence International Realty, boasts a detached guesthouse, huge kitchen, wine cellar, movie theatre and a private sun deck on the roof, which is accessible from the master bedroom.
The home also features glassed entrances to covered terraces that overlook the infinity pool and bay, and the dock has capacity for two 60-foot yachts.
But it seems as though the 29-year-old Olympian didn't want to take his work home with him - the lush estate apparently does not come equipped with a basketball court.
