French master Yannick Alléno has proved he has the Midas Touch at Alléno Paris - Pavillon Ledoyen.
The renowned chef has seen Pavillon Ledoyen score three Michelin stars just seven months after stepping up to the plate.
Alléno gave credit to the strong teamwork between the dining destination’s 80 employees in a press statement, as well as paying tribute to its partners and clients.
The restaurant offers modern cuisine and has been known for its menu innovations and for challenging conventional techniques while drawing its strength from a rich heritage of cuisine.
“The chef has developed a visionary approach to the culinary arts in which know-how and excellence are combined with an audacity that pushes boundaries to achieve new heights in culinary artistry,” the statement added.
Aside from Pavillon Ledoyen, the 46-year-old manages the food & beverage at Cheval Blanc in Courchevel and the Royal Mansour in Marrakech, and goes beyond borders on his endless quest for the quintessential in all things.
He also offers French cuisine at his STAY concept restaurants in Dubai, Beijing and Taipei, and also produces YAM - a bimonthly publication for culinary professionals.
