AN ADVENTURE AROUND ASIA
First up is Hong Loong, the beautiful Pan-Asian restaurant inspired by authentic Asian fusion food, with influences stemming from across South East Asia. Here you can indulge in sweet and savoury dishes, including classics like Mango Salad, Dynamite Shrimp and Hong Loong Dim Sum, followed by Fish Tempura, Nasi Goreng, and Vegetable Green Curry, with Mango Sticky Rice, Banana Spring Roll and Salted Peanut Nougat Satay to end things on a sweet note. Served to a rich backdrop of ebony, vermillion and gold, with silk screen panelling in the private dining room, Hong Loong promises an evening of elevated food and sophisticated ambience.

A SEAFOOD ODYSSEY
For something a little more tropical, head to Moana Seafood Restaurant – based on its own little island, it has an air-conditioned, pagoda-style terrace with beautiful views over the hotel’s gardens, a nautical-inspired colour-scheme and natural light flooding through the restaurant’s floor-to-ceiling windows. Here, the menu fuses Japanese and Peruvian cuisine, prepared by master chefs from Latin America and Asia. Dip into Chicken Bao, Fresh Guacamole and Vegetarian Rolls for starter, then Black Seafood Rice, Quinoa Crusted Chicken Breast and Vegetarian Soba Noodles for mains. Save space for dessert, as the Moana Magnum with mango Chantilly and passion crémeux deserves an order.
