Since it opened on the northern tip of the island last year, Six Senses Ibiza has set new standards for sustainable luxury in the Balearics. Just in time for summer, the oceanfront resort has unveiled its collection of Residences and Mansions: multi-room villas catering to families and groups looking for space and privacy.

The 19 Residences, designed by Six Senses Ibiza owner and architect Jonathan Leitersdorf, are situated above the resort with uninterrupted views of the ocean. The three- to seven-bedroom Residences, designed in the style of a contemporary finca (farmhouse) in Six Senses’ signature minimal style, boast spacious outdoor living spaces with private pools, terraces and sea views. Guests have access to exclusive services such as in-villa chef and spa treatments, concierge and the services of a personal Guest Experience Manager, in addition to all the facilities at the resort. Residences also come with parking for two or more cars, fully equipped kitchens and artwork supplied by partner Magnum Photos.

Two Mansions with five and 10 bedrooms respectively steal the show as the most exclusive private villas at Six Senses Ibiza. Aptly named Cliffhanger, the spectacular five-bedroom Mansion sits at the top of the cliffs to the side of the resort, with spectacular views across Xarracca Bay below. If the 453 square metres of living space - complete with 15-metre infinity pool, outdoor terrace and rooftop lounge - aren’t enough, the Mansion can be linked to the adjacent three-bedroom Residence to create an über-villa.
