With September comes Dubai’s better weather, meaning city beach breaks are whole-heartedly back on the cards. Always a favourite for urban escapism combined with family fun, Rixos The Palm Hotel & Suites has a tapestry of new unveilings, further enhancing this ticks-all-the-boxes retreat on Palm Jumeirah.
First up is Bodrum, the hotel’s new Mediterranean restaurant inspired by the picturesque coastal city in Turkey. Known for its beautiful blue bays, Bodrum embraces seaside dining chic, with blue and white tablecloths, rattan lights and white-washed walls draped in gorgeous bougainvillea, while fresh salads and incredible seafood are the order of the day.
Over at Rixy Kids Club, an all-new pool awaits, promising serious fun with slides, rapids and water sprays. Under the expert eye of the staff, kids can dive into a world of exploration and imagination, letting you enjoy some well-deserved poolside rest! There’s also a new Art Workshop, which allows creative minds to put paintbrush to paper, as well as try pottery and water marbling.
When it’s time for the adults to play, head to Bar 1 from 9pm to enjoy live bands, DJ performances, multiple TV screens showing live matches, pool tables and, of course, an amazing line-up of signature drinks to help you celebrate and unwind.
