Bringing Dubai’s excellent cultural repertoire to the masses, a new curated program of cultural events and activities has been launched by Dubai Calendar, with the new ‘Live From Dubai’ virtual campaign taking culture and entertainment directly into the living rooms of the city’s residents.
Building on the city’s #StayHome initiative, Dubai Calendar, the city’s go-to entertainment and events guide, is bringing together the best of Dubai’s local talent across fitness, culinary, dance, theatre, arts, comedy and more, providing some light relief for the whole family.

Streamed each week from Wednesday to Saturday across Dubai Calendar’s Instagram page, Live from Dubai will feature music from Abri, Arqam Chakram; fitness and exercise classes from Crank Dubai and personal trainer Justin Garcia; a love of words and an exploration into the literary world comes via Emirates Literature Festival and author Taghred Chandab; art enthusiasts can get creative with Naht Designs and Medaf Studio; while cooking classes from The Mattar Farm and Solemann Haddad (aka Cute Bread Boy) will help those looking to up their culinary skills; and lastly, for kids, there’s engaging activities from Magic Phil and teen film reviewer, Janah.

Live performances will be hosted on each artist’s Instagram page, while you can keep an eye on Dubai Calendar for the ‘Live From Dubai’ weekly schedule.
