Campbell Gray Hotels, the hotel group behind the iconic Le Gray, Beirut, has announced a property in Amman, Jordan. Campbell Gray Amman, located in Amman’s new downtown, Abdali is set to open its doors in 2019 and promises to be a breath of fresh air for the modern traveler.
Billed as a boutique hotel, Campbell Gray Amman will feature 192 guestrooms and suites, a ground floor café, rooftop restaurant, cigar lounge, rooftop pool terrace – with a distinct private retreat vibe – PureGray Health Club & Spa, along with meeting facilities including a screening room and ballroom.
Designs were overseen by acclaimed hotelier Gordon Campbell Gray alongside a team of designers and architects including Martin Brudnizki Design Studio London.
It’s described as “retro meets modern “with warm welcoming spaces and nuanced décor that are all about high-end materials and understated luxury and the hotel, which will be accessed via a private underground tunnel upon completion, forms part of the Campbell Gray Living Amman development in the city’s new downtown area, Abdali, which this month also welcomes the new W Amman.
