Already home to Zuma and the incredibly chic One+One Restaurant, Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street, Boston, has just opened Trifecta, the hotel’s new lobby-level bar with a penchant for offering creative cocktails amid ultra-chic contemporary surrounds.
A dynamic new addition to the Back Bay area, Trifecta will you through from day-to-night, masterfully moving between classic afternoon teas on the weekend with sandwiches and scones, to sushi for a light lunch and onto shareable charcuterie and cheese platters for dinner. As the sun sets, the cocktail element comes into its own, stamping its mark on Boston’s mixology scene.
The drinks menu draws inspiration from the characters and cultural institutions that were pivotal in Bostonian history, allowing you to sip your way through the city’s cultural past. Cocktails nod to the Japanese Art Collection at the Museum of Fine Arts Boston with the Black Sesame Fizz; the striking pair of lions perched atop the McKim building staircase at the Boston Public Library in the Leonessa; and the Great Molasses Flood of 1919 in the Sticky Situation. It’s a lively setting that invites both hotel guests and Bostonians in search of a laid-back vibe and cocktail wizardry.
