Inspired by the crossroads of culture and cuisine across the Mediterranean, Meda is Dubai’s newest restaurant taking guests on a taste-test tour of Spain, Italy and Greece. The Downtown Dubai restaurant is co-created by chefs Mario Fico and Vincenzo Nigro: Fico was part of the Dubai launch of Zuma, while Nigro has over 15 years of experience in the kitchen working at restaurants all over the world.
Reimagining the concepts of tapas and sharing, the menu features raw dishes and caviar, hot and cold tapas, and key dishes including seabream ceviche with crispy corn, piquillo, olives and pickled red onion; huevos rotos served with black truffle, veal jus and Parmesan; and lamb back with green mojo sauce and truffled mash.
