Nolinski Le Restaurant has opened its doors between the Louvre and Opera Garnier in Paris, with Philip Chronopoulos – who is already Chef at the Michelin-starred Restaurant du Palais Royal – steering the ship as Executive Chef. The interior design by British designer John Whelan subtly blends Art Deco with a Seventies spirt, while the menu creates a culinary line-up that will never be boring by celebrating raw food, spices and seafood from around the world, while the all-new Nolinski Cocktail Bar, in the centre of the Grand Salon, throws up new recipes for cocktails, mocktails and house-made infusions.
