Caviar purists will no doubt be well abreast of the news of Caviar Kaspia’s opening in DIFC, a long-awaited emigration from Paris to Dubai and received with much amour. First opening in 1927 in the famous Place de la Madeleine, the restaurant fast became a Parisian institution, adored for its art de vivre symbolism.
It has, for over a century, hosted the most eclectic and interesting mix of guests, whilst serving the eternally popular Kaspia baked potato (so simple, yet so extraordinary!) topped with the finest caviar. Or have it atop eggs, potatoes, pasta, toast or, if you’re feeling indulgent, just by the spoonful – trust us, nobody will judge you!
