Kids can learn to be refined diners from the age of seven, thanks to a new etiquette initiative from Four Seasons.
Children aged between seven and 15 years old have been offered sessions at Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills with expert Julie Ann Ulcickas and an interactive cooking class with Chef Mette Williams from Culina, Modern Italian.
The coaching will take place Saturday, October 11, 2014 from 11am to 1pm, including the cooking class and a three-course lunch, along with a copy of Julie Ann’s new instructional guide to etiquette.
Chef Mette Williams will teach children how to make garlic knots, pizza and arancini, and will provide a three course lunch tied to the educational etiquette session.
The lunch will include a choice of a Caesar salad or a modo mio with heirloom tomatoes and burrata, and either rigatoni with meatballs, seared salmon or chicken parmesan with broccolini. Dessert will feature famous Four Seasons chocolate chip cookies and house made gelato.
The two-hour session takes place in Culina’s Private Dining Room and will cost US $135 per child.
