Langham Hospitality Group will offer its first Middle East property on Palm Jumeirah next year.
The 323-room The Langham, Palm Jumeirah will contain 53 one and two-bedrooms suits, and will sit on the crescent on the iconic island. This promises sea views, and large outdoor terraces have been planned.
Interiors will be designed be Aedas Limited, with what the group calls ‘tasteful furnishings’ in all guestrooms. Suites will range from 63 to 236 square metres, with 22 featuring individual plunge pools.
Dining options are yet to be announced but the signature Chuan Spa will feature, along with a comprehensive fitness centre. The hotel will also boast the Travellers Lounge for guests arriving from or departing to the airport. The lounge includes a library, light dining, business centre and showering facilities.
"We are very much looking forward to introducing The Langham's rich heritage and impeccable service values to Dubai,” said CEO, Langham Hospitality Group, Robert Warman.
“The trifecta of this hotel's spectacular location on the iconic Palm Jumeirah, Dubai's winning bid to host the World Expo in 2020, and The Langham's beautiful design aesthetics, make it the perfect time to debut our first resort in this dynamic destination."
