After two decades of revelry in Costa Smeralda, the Billionaire Life concept is set to launch in Dubai in the coming months. Flavio Briatore, veteran Italian scenester and businessman, is introducing Billionaire Mansion Dubai for the emirate's jet set – a nightlife experience that will include luxury services, music and fine cuisine.

The Billionaire Life franchise offers a complete – and elite – nightlife experience, with luxury services, music and the fine dining. The new Dubai vows to be a new home for hedonists in Dubai, once it opens in early 2016.

The venue will include a nightclub with dance floors "reminiscent of Bodrum, Istanbul and Malindi Beach", with a restaurant that features gourmet Italian cuisine. In addition, the mansion will also have a more laid-back moonlit terrace lounge and even a karaoke room for guests wanting a more relaxed experience, according to Briatore. What can we expect to experience at Billionaire Mansion?

Billionaire Mansion is a one-stop destination that will provide customers with an excellent atmosphere in a great location and a combination of good quality food, music and decor. The purpose of the place is to make everyone feel special and as the name says it, like a Billionaire.

What are the main differences from the original Billionaire Life concept?

Deviating from the Billionaire Life concept; This new edition was made especially for Dubai to ensure that local values and norms are being considered and it is appealing to everyone in the region. However, this twist will also to appeal to expatriates and tourists due to the unique and traditional features that will be offered simultaneously. The venue will feature many new things never before seen at a Billionaire venue.

Dubai has always been high on the list of my favourite destinations. The nightlife here is fantastic and as a businessman I'm always trying out new places to keep an eye out for competition.

What do you think of your new Taj Hotel venue?

It is a stunning hotel with very high standards for maintenance and a great clientele.  I am quite delighted that Billionaire Mansion will be located there.

What have been your favourite hotels around the world?

The One and Only chain especially in Maldives, Bulgari Hotel in London, Park Hyatt in Tokyo, Príncipe Di Savoia in Milan and Four Seasons in New York. This year I will be traveling regularly to Africa, US, and Dubai for business and pleasure. I will also be making frequent trips to London and Milan.
