As one of the world’s first fully fashion branded hotels, Palazzo Versace Gold Coast in Queensland seamlessly combines modern-day decadence with designer heritage.

As if to enhance this reputation, the hotel has announced its latest guest offering, the ’96 Dom Pérignon Accommodation Package, combining a one-night-only champagne dinner with an overnight stay in one of the hotel’s luxurious Deluxe Suites.

Hosted in Palazzo Versace’s award-winning Vanitas restaurant, the intimate dinner will be prepared by Dom Pérignon Chef de Cuisine, Pascal Tingaud, showcasing a four-course menu to compliment the finest Dom Pérignon vintages.

As dinner is served, Jeff Butler from Moët & Hennessy will be on hand to answer any questions while providing detailed tasting notes on everything from 2004 vintages to the iconic Dom Pérignon Oenothéque 1996.

The package, which is only available on November 9, 2013, also includes a private champagne breakfast/brunch with chef Tinguard at Vanitas, and, of course, a complimentary bottle of Dom Pérignon.
